budget advice during editing / monitoring and controlling the costs at all times / exchange with directors-editors-producers about what is too expensive or legally complicated / search for alternatives where needed

FINISHING TOUCHES

create list with the footage used / calculate licensing fees / prepare contract templates for the purpose of licensing / assess the risk of use of material that cannot be licensed / final negotiations on licensing fees
